My theme for the year is fairytales, but I want to make sure I address other cultures. They’re beautiful, and they often have the most interesting stories. The aim requires me to play fast-and-loose with the “fairytale” definition; I find myself resorting to folktales and fables. Perhaps that’s not a point to quibble. Many modern fairytales have their roots in folk stories.

10 Things I Loved about Creative Missions 2016
When I first heard about Creative Missions last fall, all I could think and pray was, “Please, God, let me get in!” I wanted to use my gifts and talents in service of the church. I don’t put stock in signs, but I felt as though getting in would be a sort of confirmation that I was headed in the right direction with starting my own business.
