By a strange twist of fate, the official launch of the Write Right Colors Shakespeare coloring book (for adults) and Shakespeare’s birthday are on the same day, April 23, 2016. What luck! What stars!
You all are, of course, invited. RSVPs should be made via the Thunderclap. If you haven’t heard of Thunderclap, brace yourselves. I’ll try to explain what it is, how to participate, and why I’d love for you to take part in the fun.
What is a Thunderclap?
A Thunderclap amplifies a message, in this case, the availability to purchase the Write Right Colors Shakespeare coloring book. When you join, you can choose to share the message on Facebook, Twitter, and/or Tumblr. Thunderclap will share the message on April, but only if 100 people sign up. If I don’t hit the mark, no Thunderclap, no happy birthday wishes for Shakespeare, and no noise for the coloring book.
How Do I Participate?
- Go to the Happy Birthday, Shakespeare Thunderclap.
- Select which social accounts you want to use to share the birthday message on April 23.
- Share your involvement on Twitter, Facebook, and/or Tumblr.
- Ask your friends to participate. Remember, the message will only broadcast if 100 people sign up.
Why are You Doing a Thunderclap?
I’m doing a Thunderclap because only you can stop…Hang on. Wrong message. I’m doing a Thunderclap because I need your help in getting the word out about the coloring book. I can only do so much on my own, and a chorus of voices is always stronger than a solo. I’d also like to see this coloring book flourish and build momentum for the next one (publication date: 2017).
If you want to be “more in the know,” sign up for the newsletter. I’ll be sending out a letter closer to April 23, and it’ll include a free coloring sheet or, in other terms, party favor and thank-you gift rolled into one.
Thank you for your help!
