I work hard. However, I differentiate working hard from working 24/7. I’m prone to the latter; it’s easy for me to work and incredibly difficult to rest. I have to exercise great care and self-discipline so that I don’t fall into workaholism.

Working with Excellence
One of my goals as an entrepreneur is to work with excellence rather than with perfectionism. It’s not easy for me; I sometimes joke that I’m a recovering perfectionist. I always have to take time and evaluate how I’m doing the work I’m doing.
Write out of a Healthy Soul

To write from a healthy soul is a question of aim. Am I aiming to be a better writer, entrepreneur, et cetera, or am I aiming to be a pleasing aroma to God? It’s an important question to ask for I will never be the person God designed me to be if my soul is chaotic, untethered from him, unhealthy.
